We ordered transportation to and from the hotel (had a connecting flight about 4 hours after landing) and explained that it was 4 of us with luggage. "The staff was super friendly and helpful! The dining room was open till 9:00 so we snuck in a late dinner when we came in. They also arranged our very early AM transport to the airport and even made up a lunch for us since we were going to miss the breakfast in the morning. A lovely, relaxing place."
