"Our stay at the Sleepy Hollow Hotel was a mixture of good and bad experiences.
We arrived after 4 PM, the advertised check-in time, only to discover our room wasn’t ready. After finally getting our room, we had an extremely long walk to the elevator. My sister has Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (EDS) and POTS, which make walking long distances difficult. She was already struggling, so this was particularly frustrating.
Our biggest complaint was the room temperature. It was 74°F, and we couldn’t adjust...

"Shower had very low pressure and not enough water. Also very noisy during our stay. There was a wedding party that was very loud late into the night. Layout of breakfast area very congested."
