Enttäuschende Erfahrung

Ich glaubte ein Zimmer für 2 Personen gebucht zu habrn, aber scheinbar ist im Portal nicht richtig übermittelt worden. Bei der Ankunft mussten wir dann nochmal den kompletten Preis bezahlen. Wer hier den fehler gemacht hat???? Das Hotel ist in 3 Gebäude aufgeteilt. Man muss sich jetzt im Herbst also warm anziehen um zum Frühstück (Standardbuffet) zu kommen. Will man dann zum Pool darf ins Hotel Vita (gleichzeitig eine REHA Klinik) wandern. Mit Bademantel und Handtüchern unter dem Arm. Zusätzlich lag unser Mini Zimmer im Erdgeschoss an der Straße. Ich hätte mir von einem Boutique Hotel in einer Therme mehr erwartet.
