"Hotel was located near enough to airport (about a €20 taxi ride away). The staff was very nice as well. Unfortunately there was some misinformation provided by Expedia. The website stated the hotel had an indoor pool that was heated. The hotel only has an outdoor pool with a bit of cover and the pool is NOT heated (note this is not a "Karen" kinda review, the staff explicitly informed us at check-in when we asked if the pool was heated that the pool was outdoors and not heated). "This is not a 4 star hotel.
Rooms need renovation, our window was really falling apart. When we complaind about it the said that a room switch was not possible. The technical service just screwed it back on place , 2 days later the screw came loose and the window was again out of place. This room should just not be rented to guests.
Woke up the next morning with bird sounds, sound good eh, except that the birds are flying around in the hotel lobby….
Breakfast quality was average, low quality...

"This is by far the best staff we’ve ever met. They pampered us during our stay, guide and befriended us as well.
The hotel is beautiful and located in the heart of town.
Clean rooms, comfortable beds, big showers (conveniently separated from the toilet!), hardwood floors.

"The hotel is clean, beds are comfortable, room and lobby decorated nicely. Breakfast was good. Great location close to shopping and cafes. The pool was very nice as was the spa. Only recommendation would be to include shampoo, conditioner lotion and makeup wipes or at least face cloths in the bathrooms - they are basic items which should be provided. "
