"The stay was over all pleasant but the staff at the lobby took forever to take care of the guests. Also, we have a child and needed to warm up milk constantly. The microwave is all the way in the game room making it a hassle to get there. There was renovation going on at the hotel therefore they gave us a complementary upgrade to a suite which was quite nice. Place was clean and spacious. Loved the fact that we were practically inside Universal Orlando Resort."

"If you’re wanting a relaxing stay within walking distance to Epcot and Hollywood Studios this is the place for you! We always have a wonderful time here! The staff is very professional and friendly, the rooms are clean and spacious, the amenities are great, easy access to the parks and transportation. Just overall wonderful! "

"I liked the pool and the layout with many establishments such as a restaurant and sports bar on site. Not bad for the price at all compared to other properties."

"Everything was good. The only downfall was one morning we had a buffet breakfast and the next was off the menu. The one off the menu was actually the day we were checking out so we would have been done eating before we even got out door which set us back in our timing. "
