"Room was great everything was clean and plenty of room for a family of four. Great location near the Grand Canyon and downtown Williams. The only feedback I’d give is There was some amazing Native American art at the site and it would have been nice if there was some explanation of the art and who did them they were great"

"Unfortunately, this is the worst property I’ve ever booked. Multiple issues with the property condition and representation but mainly the room was mosquito infested, we had the doors and windows closed upon arrival and we were swarmed by over a dozen mosquitoes inside the room right away so I had to evacuate my family immediately. Went to the front desk and the staff’s only reply was its mosquito season with no offer to help. We live in Arizona and are prepared for mosquitos outside but Canyon...
