"The room was clean and comfortable. The room has a microwave and fridge plus a kettle and dishes. however the downstairs level has tea and coffee plus a record player which is far more enjoyable then sitting in your room drinking tea. the staff were amazing too."

"We loved staying here! The views were wonderful (we had a harbour view room), and the windows did a great job blocking out the noise of a Saturday evening. The bathroom was beautiful and the room was well-appointed. The staff were so friendly and kind, and accommodated us and our three year-old so well at breakfast (they even had multiple home-made gluten free cakes, which was an absolute treat). We would stay there again in a heartbeat!"

But the quality was beyond our expectations - the rooms were located at the backyard of the property. So, we didn’t hear noise from the front street as we thought we would. The room was spotless, modern, with a good smell. Bed was comfortable . I think they pay attention to the details like other boutique hotels. À la salle de sport, les poignets du vélo éthiques étaient toutes moites. Du bruit très tôt avec le tramway et le nettoyage des rues. J’avoue que je m’attendais à une meilleure prestation d’un Novotel, quatre étoiles"
