They interacted with my kiddos which they didn’t have to do, but it was a bonus. The check in area and bar had a pool table as well as a table to sit at with various games. "The staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel was decent with a decent breakfast. The sofa bed mattress was terrible. My son slept in the sofa cushions on the floor. The elevator broke a couple times so we took the stairs."

"Location was amazing, the elevator made me a bit nervous with how loud it was. Also none (or maybe 2) of the outlets in my room worked. The staff was super nice and breakfast was good too."

"Some properties are worn out. Some properties are dirty. This is both. Marriott has failed in oversight. Marriott as a brand is what I would select with the expectation that an acceptable level of cleanliness would be provided. Too many recent (last 2-3 years) disappointments. I can not rely on Marriott. Going forward, Marriott can not rely on me as a customer"
