I would recommend Cafe Orient, food was fresh and tasty and reasonable price. I hope to visit Bosnia again in the future and would definitely stay at Malak Regency Hotel again."

"The stay would have been so much better if staff at the desk were helpful. Upon check in, the staff were unwilling to help with information about transport into the old city, other than to say take a tram or taxi. I was looking for me details like where to get the tram from and the cost, but the man did not help further, just handed me a map. I later asked for directions to somewhere I could get food and was told just go up the road and you should find something (i didn’t). I wouldn’t stay here...

"Convenient to airport. No shuttle. No transport to airport. Taxi costs 10 euro. Walk in twenty to airport town for everything."

"It's not our first time staying at this hotel, and for good reason. From a clean, spacious, room, to, for us, the convenience of the location, but most of all the courtesy and warmth of the entire staff (everyone at reception, as well as the cleaning and dining room attendants). We couldn't ask for better and will surely be back again. A big thank you to everyone who has made our stays so pleasant, especially Adisa, who always goes above and beyond to ensure we are well taken care of. :)"

"Great price per night, the location was only 10 min walk from the city centre. The breakfast buffet was consistently nice and prevented me from wasting time finding breakfast, so for efficient travellers maximising their time this is a big deal! The staff was always friendly and helpful, speaking good English and respectful to all guests. The room was well finished and looked after also. This ticks all boxes from me. 5/5 for me."

"Wij hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad en kunnen deze accommodatie van harte aanbevelen! Vanaf het eerste contact met de eigenaar, Ermin, verliep alles perfect. Hij reageerde altijd snel op onze vragen en heeft ons, zoals afgesproken, netjes opgehaald van het vliegveld. Ze zijn ontzettend vriendelijk, gastvrij en behulpzaam. Een speciale dank gaat uit naar Mevlida. Wat een geweldige vrouw! Ze heeft ons tijdens ons verblijf met van alles geholpen en was altijd vriendelijk en betrokken....
