"We didn't sleep! The AC unit banged and shuttered and roared every time it shut on throughout the night and literally made the room unsleepable. I mentioned it to the receptionist at the front desk the next morning and there was no follow up or response. It was an expensive room that we booked on Expedia for $445 for the night. I would not stay here again. So disappointing to pay this much and have the hotel only offer to compensate for the valet fee. Many other places you can stay for less...

"This is an old historic property so there are going to be signs of it's age--but overall it was in good condition. My biggest concerns with the property were the cramped parking available behind the hotel, the very cramped bathroom in my room and the lack of places to plug in electronics. I had to move the mattress on the bed to access an outlet and unplug something so I could plug in my electronics. There is no elevator (again to be expected in a historic building) and the stairs are very...

"This property was so reasonably priced especially for all the amenities included. The room was an apartment style setup with a nice living room area and large bedroom. The kitchen area was convenient with a hot top, refrigerator, and dishwasher. The communication with the staff was great especially when my arrival was delayed. I would highly recommend this property and would stay again in the future."
