"The grounds are beautiful and the facility was clean and well-kept. Staff members were pleasant. We would actually consider staying there in a different room but the white cabin with the thatched roof was awkward and uncomfortable to the point that we left after one night even though we knew we wouldn't get a refund. You can tell from the photos that some of the description is inaccurate (It's just one bedroom and doesn't have a private pool though there is one pool for all guests to share.) but...

"The cabin was spotless, but could use some repair on the tiles in the shower. The proximity to the park and ability to walk to restaurants and tour companies, make it more than the best place to stay for the Whales Tail."

"The rooms a very unique and they property is beautiful. We had tiny bats roosting on our villa and it was fabulous to watch them swoop and dive over the river in the evening. The owner & staff were lovely although my lack of Spanish made communication difficult. There was few maintenance issues, and the room it’s self could do with a little love."

Nice balconies on second-level rooms The property is easy to miss because there are no signs on the street for it. Google Maps showed us where it was but we didn't believe it at first since there were no signs. But once we found it, someone was right there the open the gate for us and let us check in several...
