Servicio muy bueno

Muy bien. Solo es necesario que envíen la clave de la puerta con anticipación a la llegada. Tuvimos problemas con el ruido del equipo de aire pero fue solucionado inmediatamente. El equipo fue muy preocupado por el servicio. Muy buena la ubicación y el tamaño del dormitorio

My bad experience began with check-in where I had to wait 15 minutes after a long day of travel to receive a code to my room (they don't use keys). My room was decorated beautifully (looked like West Elm) but very poorly constructed. The bed lamp fell off the wall when I went to turn it on, the bathroom flooded when I showered, there weren't any clothes hangers, the room smelled like cigars upon arrival, and the room was very loud (I was right by the elevator). The front desk is not fully staffed and when I checked in the front desk attendant failed to tell me there was a separate code to access the hotel. So late at night I was locked out - made it into the hotel because other guests were accessing the hotel shortly after my wait to get in. Overall a really negative experience.

The property was very beautiful and nice great bathrooms and view of the beach. Only this is the front desk barely speak English

Boutique Hotel Great Value

A unique Boutique hotel, the rooms are great! A bit different than a typical hotel but once you get used to it, very nice. The staff bent over backwards to assist and where very friendly. We arrived after a cruise and there was nobody at the front desk and the building was locked, but a number on the door to call, the person on the call was helpful, but when the staff arrived they bent over backwards to accommodate us. There are nice restaurants within a block and the rooftop deck was beautiful. Great Experience.. The room was very modern and clean with some nice surprises. You will find out....all pretty kool!

No one at the front desk. Staff member did not speak English. He used Google translator to communicate with me. He was very nice though. Bed linens were dingy. Draperies did not close completely to block light. Rooftop pool was very small maybe 3ft x 10ft. No one worked behind the rooftop bar.

The rooms were large and the location was great for the convention center. The condition of the property was deplorable with doors off hinges, drapes off runners, fancy toilets that didn't work, and everything was high tech with no instructions on how to use anything. The HVAC system kept cutting off after a few hours and the room would be get very hot during the night. The worst problem was there ws no inside lock on the door. ANYONE WITH THE CODE COULD JUST WALK INTO YOUR ROOM ANY TIME. THE STAFF WOULD OPEN YOUR DOOR WITHOUT KNOCKING FIRST.

A localização é ótima e os quartos são espaçosos e confortáveis. Não gostei que o hotel não tem recepção. A comunicação por telefone e e-mail não é funcional. O sistema de trancas automáticas da porta principal e dos quartos não funciona direito. O código que me deram para a porta principal não funcionou e você precisa adivinhar para que lado gira a maçaneta para abrir. Me deram um código provisório e ficaram de enviar um outro que nunca chegou. Fiquei 5 noites e não limparam o quarto e nem trocaram as toalhas.

Hotel didn’t have our registration and we had to be placed at a different hotel. We had to choose between a hotel of lower quality or one that was way outside the location we wanted to be in. Still waiting to see our refund for the valet parking.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Urbanica Kaskades Hotel. Staff was very friendly and went out of their way to ensure my stay was amazing. There was a problen with my bathroom and tv that could not be fixed so I was upgraded to a different room. Drew and Assha are amazing people as well as employees! And the lady who checked me in was very nice as well ( I dont remember her name . I would definitely stay here again. The only downfall to this facility is that it is not close enough to the beach!!!!

Centric and comfortable

The hotels is centrally located, near beach and restaurants. Everyone was so attentive and nice. Really great mojitos at welcome and very comfortable bed! One one night before we went to a cruise, but we will definetly dtay there again next time we visit Miami.

Great space and super clean. We stayed for 9 days and the staff even provided us champagne our first night. We didn’t get a chance to use their free bikes but would have loved to. The only thing is the plunge pool is not a pool and could have used some up keep. They said we could use the gale pool and gym which was right across from the hotel. The hotel is super close to Lincoln Road and the beach but still felt nice and secluded away from a lot of traffic. Great stay and would stay there again!
