"The check in and out process was long due to only having 2 people at the table and this might be due to the construction. There was no air conditioning in that area (also might be due to the construction). Valet parking took at least 20 minutes to get your car. I contacted the host about how to get more beach towels as there was only 3 for a 5 person room and also contacted them about getting dry towels and they never responded to either question. The pool area was nice!! The gym was very nice...
