"There was a lot to do, but it was so spread out and getting around was difficult. Unless you want to walk a ton of miles, you need to take a shuttle to get to places which takes like 20 min for 2 miles with al the stops "

"I’ve already contacted the hotel about my experience. We didn’t get there until 1 am. The room I had paid for was for 1 room with 2 bedrooms. We had 7 people. No vending machines no ice machines and the area did not feel safe to me. Walking in with 3 kids at 1 am and people standing outside our door. The main door to the building is not secure. Overall there was a lot of space but 2 totally different rooms…not one as described and no pool view as described. "

"The room was clean and the staff were nice and friendly. We stayed two nights. The pool area was clean and the bathrooms were also clean. Our daughter ate breakfast from the pool restaurant/bar. The lady tending the bar/restaurant wasn't the friendliest in the morning but the lady in the evening hours was friendly. Overall experience was great and I would go back again. It was also convenient for our stay in Tampa."

"So, I have stayed here before and the first time I booked back in November I wasn't very happy with how I had no idea I wouldn't be able to use the balcony and I came there to relax and enjoy the hotel. I wanted a view of the ocean and to be able to have access to the balcony and it was completely blocked off. I mentioned it to the front desk and the man I spoke to was so incredibly rude to me. "We stayed in the north building. We had an angled view of the ocean, cute little balcony with chairs. Ocean was beautiful and visible. The room could definitely use some updating, but understandable for beach communities to be the way they are. Their quaint restaurant/market is very convenient. The pool was great and the beach was a quick stroll down the path. Staff was friendly."
