"I didn’t like this day at all. The people barely knew English. The rooms were small, actually very small. The description online is not the same as going there to stay. We had to pay extra for a bed just to come to our room. We got the deluxe room, thinking it had an extra chair in it that lets out into a bed that was so inaccurate they said the rooms were being remodeled and the room we had was actually remodeled. I can’t agree to that. The smell really wasn’t pleasant. I also DoorDash food....

"Showed up to an uncleaned room with things I won't say in the bathroom. Management solution was to have us wait 2 hours in the lobby and rushed us out of the room we were provided. No credit for anything (said they'd "reimburse parking", which was petty, but did not even honor that.) Hospitality is gone, they're probably owned by PE"

"The room #319 was very nice, comfortable, clean, balcony with ocean and pool views and well equipped. I wish we could’ve stayed a few days longer. The only incident that worried us was during check in, our hostess indicated she was “ going to call to see if we could get a room with balcony “. We were a bit puzzled because that’s what we had booked through Expedia…a room with vila room with balcony. She was able to accommodate us but it would’ve been a total disappointment if not. Other than...
