This was a very nice property with quite a bit in walking distance. Everything was very clean. The kitchen and bathroom were a nice size and washer and dryer a plus! The pool and grill area were great as well. The only downside is that there is not a typical front desk and assistance readily available.

Absolutely amazing. This was probably one of the best hotels we have stayed in. As a young couple, the location was incredible; we were able to easily get around using Lime scooters, Uber, and the St. Pete bus systems. Additionally, there were many things to do, restaurants, etc in walking distance. The hotel was super clean, quiet, and had beautiful views. We LOVED having a kitchen and laundry all in our room as well. The balconies are a lovely place to relax, and the room itself was pristine. The front desk staff was super kind, allowing us to check in once the room was ready, and hold our bags before our flight so we could continue to explore on our last day. This was our first time in St. Pete, and Mint House was a huge part of our amazing vacation. We will absolutely be staying again, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place with great prices, views, and service.

I will stay here again. My room was very quiet. Well thought out design & operation. Impressed with the kitchen. Interactions with staff were good. Liked that on departure i could leave my bags locked up with them while spent the rest of my day wandering. Interesting & walkable neighborhood. Pleasant 1 mile walk to downtown arts district. Morean Art Center is 5 blocks. The very economical city parking garage is two blocks north. Enjoyed my stay at the Mint!
