"What a great way to get a first impression of Bangkok. The Hotel is beautiful, yet inviting. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The concierge was so helpful.
The room was clean and well equipped. The climate control was fast and effective. We liked that we could sign into streaming services on the TV, and be signed out when we left.
The restaurants are great, including breakfast, the pool is beautiful with a great view.
We stayed here at the beginning and end of our trip and we were so happy that we got to return before leaving Thailand.
There was an issue with the door lock not being opened with a key, but they did their best to fix the issues and gifted us a nice appetizer as an apology for the trouble.
The location is great, being connected to the BTS platform is very convenient.
