"The service was great! The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The lobby toilets are fancy! Pool was a bit small, it can be crowded at times. I would certainly recommend staying at this hotel. It’s a good location, close to the pier to take a ferry to cross the river and the rail station too. Very close to Iconsiam, just one ferry stop away. And the room was larger than most other hotels.
The breakfast spread was good with a variety of dishes. The ginger drink and the rice porridge were my favorite! The waffles could be softer, but that didn’t stop my children from eating them!
Only downside in our room was the bathroom door leaks water onto the floor while taking a shower.
Overall, many pluses including the central bangrak mall that is at the lobby of the hotel. And the games room kept my kids entertained without any screens! I would suggest that the hotel place a couple of bean bags or chairs in there for parents waiting with younger children whom they can’t leave unsupervised."
