"Service was great! Everyone I interacted with as polite, patient and helpful, including the men and women of your valet team! The hotel isn’t full running as the casino is still closed and that was okay for my visit. It was quiet, not a single disturbance on the room floors. I love the modern decor and design. My only complaint was the lack of water pressure (so I didn’t entirely enjoy my shower time - I’m a girl, this was quite disappointing AND from this “not so enjoyable shower and low water...
