"We had an outstanding stay at Fivitel Cong Troi Dong Giang. The accommodation was clean and well furnished, the dining options were varied and delicious, the location is incredible, being right next to the beautiful waterfall. "The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was 5 stars. I would stay again. But please note the check out time is 12:00 and don't be late. We got back to our room at 12:30 and the staff had already placed all of our items in the hallway. We were mostly packed up already. We had to pick up our clothes in Hoi An, after they told us they would be delivered to the room. This made us late getting back to the room. I feel like the staff could have texted me via...

"From the start to the departure, we were treated superbly. The whole four night say was excellent and the only downside was the hotel is situated approximately 3.5km from the main entertainment area. Didn’t bother us but may others."

"The only negative I can truly say about the hotel is the location, we had to Grab food or taxi as it’s away from the beaches and restaurants. I do also think they need more lounge chairs at the pool. Staff was wonderful, facilities clean and well maintained. Every evening food trucks line up for the sunset which was wonderful to witness during our evenings there!"

"We loved our stay from the minute we walked through the door, it had a beautiful luxe feel about it. The staff were very welcoming and friendly.The breakfast variety was immense.
