"We had an outstanding stay at Fivitel Cong Troi Dong Giang. The accommodation was clean and well furnished, the dining options were varied and delicious, the location is incredible, being right next to the beautiful waterfall. The accommodation is set in a securely gated resort, a buggy car transported us through the grounds to our accommodation. I also must highly praise the staff; when we stayed a member from our group had an incident and his motorcycle needed to be recovered. The staff were...

"It’s currently under renovation so hopefully things are better when they are done! Our room had bugs in the bed (don’t think they were bed bugs but there were for sure ants and other things so I didn’t want to risk it). So we ended up leaving the hotel but only after receiving our clothes all nicely cleaned and they offered us a refund on all but one night as well as free water for the trouble. Staff was very helpful and friendly so hopefully the hotel can return to its former glory!"

"The staff at this hotel were amazing. They have a big job managing everyone but we were taken care of quickly and someone was always there to help with our bags. The service was so good. The room itself is a little dated but you hardly spend any time in your room anyway. Breakfast was great and check out was quick."

"We rented a one bedroom two bed with kitchen space. We enjoyed our stay here. The staff was friendly. One TV worked and one was not working but we didn’t even expected two. The place was spacious, but need some up keeping. The room smell a bit of water damage and it was obvious in the bathroom where the sink was. "We stayed two weeks in the Ania beach side hotel. The room was clean, private, quiet and we had ocean view. Air conditioning came very handy and a floor standing fan. Staff were amazing, attentive and communicative. Room had fridge, electric kettle, microwave and some dishes and utensils. There is also shared kitchen on the main floor in case you need extra pieces of dishes. Location was great. Two blocks from the beach and also tons of restaurants and convenience stores were in the vicinity....

"The breakfast buffet was just okay. One thing to note, they only refill the water one time per day. So make sure you ask for a lot if you intend to swim a lot. Also, they don’t provide water on the day you check out. Overall, it’s nice resort, but the service could be better!"
