"I have absolutely no complaints about this hotel. Breakfast buffet is excellent. Staff are excellent. I think the 4th floor evening restaurant could expand their menu a bit. Very few choices actually. "

"The place was clean overall, nice shower and not a wet room like other places. Fine for a 3-4 night stay but had signs of minor water leakage near the outside area door\skirting. Lack of soundproofing means some road noise still comes through and I was on the 20th floor. While there are pots\pans, there was no utensils for any sort of cooking so a little pointless."

"Overall a good experience at the Charmant suites. The main let down is they could really have a great roof top bar, and maybe a good restaurant. We searched every night to find somewhere to dine. The options around aren’t great so if they offered a good restaurant I’m Sure visitors would use it. The roof top has a great view, but no bar, shame !"
