Very good location - close to Tivat airport and Kotor. The place has its own parking places, a supermarket, and a beach. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The bay water is very clean with rich aquatic life, and there are plenty of tasty mussels on each jetty. We recommend visiting The Rector's tavern in Gornji Stoliv, located just above the hotel. A very picturesque stone forest trail leads from the shore to Gornji Stoliv.

Super for families.

I came with my family. It was very good. Clean and comfortable. Near the sea. Cattaroom people help us very much. They solve problems immediately. Room has all the amenities. Even they prepare umbrella and sunbed for using in private beach.

Terrible experience. The Toilet and sink were filthy, they were not cleaned before our arrival. We had to clean them ourselves by walking 45min to the nearest supermarket to buy cleaning products. The only representative in touch with us was sympathetic, but was unable to offer help nor a compensation.

Waren möglicherweise die ersten in diesem Jahr im Apartment. Einige technische Mängel im Bad, Küche . Steckdosen. Tv hat nicht funktioniert. Kamen nach 3 Wochen wieder und bekamen das Nachbar Apartment, hier auch technische Mängel, Bad und Küche. Einige Dinge müssten erneuert werden Dusche und Steckdosen. Super Aussicht von den Apartment 7 und 8 auf den Golf von Kotor.

Апарты отличные,но в сезон и при наличии машины.Расположение не самое удачное,вокруг ничего,ближайший супермаркет в 2км,дорога узкая,пешеходной зоны нет,соответственно променада вдоль пляжа тоже.Если вы с коляской,пешком не пройти вдоль берега,дорога хоть и узкая,но машин много,ночью плохо освещаемая.В сезон наверняка тепло,нам не повезло с погодой,все время дил дождь и в апартах было очень холодно и сыро,единственный источник отопления-кондиционер на тепло,что впрочем не спасает от высокой влажности в результате которой ничего не сохнет,все сырое и холодное.В остальном все хорошо,очент внимательный персонал,в апартах есть все для проживания,приветственное вино,прекрасный сад вокруг и отличная зона барбекю,есть маленький автомат с шоколадками,водой и кофе.

Cattaroom Apartments - Relaxing holiday in silence

Quiet place, close to the sea (30m) quiet, few people, not far from the bakery and a small restaurant with sea food. There is a parking for cars. Rest is safe. There are discounts in the restaurant. To the shop and the bazaar you need to go by car.

Great stay on the Bay of Kotor

We really enjoyed our stay at Cattaroom Apartments. Our host Itana made us feel very welcome and gave us lots of guidance about things to do in the area. The apartment itself featured two balconies with amazing views out over the Bay of Kotor - pictures don't do it justice! The grounds feature a BBQ and various places to sit, though we spent our time on the balcony admiring the view! There's a small "beach" to the Bay which was nice to relax on for a little while. Can't fault the apartment, but one recommendation we would have is to consider hiring a car as the nearest shop is a 15-20 minute walk, whilst the nearest supermarkets are in Kotor. The local bus service seems to turn up when it wants so can't be relied upon! In theory they are hourly but can come earlier or later as they wish! Bus stop locations aren't clear so it's a case of standing in the road and hoping they stop! It is however a cheap way to get in to Kotor (€1 each way). Taxis have to come out from Kotor so cost a bit more as a result. Highly recommended as a base from which to explore Montenegro and perhaps even beyond - and this apartment will be even better if the local transport service and amenities improve!

Great views, new apartment, romantic location

Clean, quiet, great views of the Kotor bay. The owner greeted us in a friendly way and gave us useful info about the area and some tours.We'd definitely come back again!Thanks for the lovely stay!

Pas terrible

La chambre sans climatisation du coup il fesait trop chaud et impossible de dormir. Et si vous ouvrez les fenêtres c'est encore pire car bucoup de moustiques. 3eme lit dans le coulor climatisé mais vu que la porte de l'entrée et vitrée reveil à 6h avec le soleil.

Vidunderligt hotel lejlighed i fantastiske omgivel

Usædvanligt dejligt hotel med fantastisk natur, meget venlig motagelse og betjening service under de 3 dage vi var der. Eneste minus var et meget støjende køleskab.

Stayed here for just 1 night at the end of our 8 day visit. we were given a very warm welcome by the couple who look after the property, also then by the owner and his brother who were again very welcoming and very pleasant. We then ate at 1 of their restaurants in Kotor where we were given a 10% discount on our bill. Would definitely recommend and many thanks

Jeg kan varmt anbefale Cattaroom. Cattaroom er et hus, der er indrettet med forskellige typer lejligheder. Vi havde lejet en lejlighed med udsigt over bugten - meget storslået udsigt. Lejligheden og hele området om lejligheden var meget flot velholdt og pænt rent. Da vi ankom var udlejer tilstede og viste os rundt i lejligheden og i området. Han kørte også vores bil op på grunden. Værtsparret er meget imødekommende og vil rigtig gerne hjælpe med gode råd og ideer til opholdet. Vi blev modtaget med en flaske rødvin, og ejers mobilnr. så vi altid kunne komme i kontakt med ham. Undervejs hørte han til os, om alt nu var som det skulle være etc. (på en sød og opmærksom måde, uden det blev for meget). Udover det hjælp udlejer os med at undersøge vejen til Podgorica og lavede sandwich til vores tur. Udlejer har en restaurant i Kotor, hvor man får 10 % rabat - vi spiste der og det var rigtig fint med god service. Meget søde mennesker, et dejligt sted - vi kommer gerne igen.
