"My friend and I stayed at Hotel Perla in Herceg-Novi for two nights, on our road trip through Montenegro. Upon arrival, we were greeted by very friendly and welcoming reception staff. They told us about the hotel and it's amenities, of which there are a great selection. We were also given a free room upgrade for the course of our stay - something that was much appreciated! "Nice appt. Kitchen was nice, could do with a broom and brush pan and a few more glasses and mugs, but is perfectly fine. Nice apartment, but you need a car to get there (hire one) and good value."

"We loved staying here. The hotel staff were very friendly and kind. The apartment was spacious and clean. We also got upgraded to a bigger suite. If you have a car this is a good location although the drive to the location has narrow roads so be careful. If you have no car then the hotel offers transportation. The pool and lounge and beautiful. The hotel cat Noongi is so cute!!!! "

"Worst hotel experience ever. I would give the hotel 1-2 stars, not 4.
The rooms are not soundproofed. You have to pay a cash deposit for the minibar immediately upon arrival. Why?
The beds are very uncomfortable and hard. It’s extremely noisy—you can hear everything from the reception, the cleaning staff banging their bucket at 7 AM, and the heavily trafficked road outside.
There’s a thin door between your room and the neighbor’s—you might as well be sharing a room, because you can hear...
