1. Villa Pitiana

Reggello

"Beautiful property with priceless views. The on-site restaurant also offered a nice light lunch. The pool area could have been spruced up a bit with some better furniture, but the room was beautiful. Be careful when using the shower as well as it is easy for the water to spray onto the floor. Make sure you understand where the property is located before booking as it is quite a ways outside of Florence city center. I rented a car and drove through the Tuscan hills to arrive."

"The hotel is a wonderful and unique experience. The staff service was amazing. Two things that could be improved. It would be great if the recharging technology for phones and other electronics was up to par. Ideally there should be USB outlets scattered throughout the rooms. And finally, I asked the front desk to order a taxi and then I realize the shuttle driver was leaving in three minutes and so when I went to cancel the Taxi, I was charged €20 because he was already on the way. There should...

Florence

"Everything was great, staff were helpful. A couple comments I do have are: One of the staff let themselves into our room in the morning while I was still sleeping then saw me and said “sorry” and turned around and walked out. Weird. Also the room had a lot of thick cob webs and didn’t seem that they dust the room. Other than that, it was a very nice room and clean comfortable beds. Handicap accessible room needs some type of shower curtain to contain the water or the whole bathroom becomes a...
