"I did not like anything about the property. The guest elevators were not working so we had to use the service one. The area where this elevator is located is not very well maintained. Our hotel room was horrible. The wall paper in the bathroom was peeling off and the toilet was unclean. We went down immediately and asked for a refund. Mr. McClain shared that he would reverse the charges. I have not seen the reversal; the original charges are still in pending status. I would not recommend this...
