"The Reluctant Panther was a cut above the other inns that I have stayed at. On check in, we were walked to our room and shown where everything was. The room was very large and comfortable. There was a nice seating area in front of a fireplace. We chose to eat dinner at the restaurant in the hotel and had a truly excellent meal and excellent service. Breakfast is served in a basket that can be picked up in the dining room or delivered to your room. All in all, our stay was exceptional. "

"Reservation couldn’t be found from “third party” and additional call needed to be made. Front desk guy was short:kind of rude about it. This was despite receiving messages from them directly and having already paid in advance. Soured entire experience. Other than that shower kind of small, bed comfortable. Only spent one night. "

"We stayed with my kids for one night, Property it’s very nice, a lot of activities. Breakfast is good. They give us house with 2 bedrooms it’s very old, need upgrades. Bed sheets are clean. But I don’t like the bathroom, shower is not clean, holes in the wall."

"The rooms are so dated with wall-to-wall carpet, throw pillows, heavy flora wallpaper and drapes. There was only 1 small towel, it was a disaster. The worst was the dead spider in the middle of the floor. WE DID NOT STAY CANCELLED."

"We had a lovely time staying in the Tower Room for our wedding weekend! The space feels like it's own tiny apartment with a winding center staircase leading up to a luxurious spa-like bathroom, perfect for getting ready in the morning and relaxing at night! The staff was kind and helpful, our only regret was not being able to stay on property longer, we will definitely be coming back to try the famous French Toast at breakfast!"

"Stayed as a bridesmaid and wedding guest in the hotel recently. The rooms were dated and we found mold on the shower ceiling tiles. The main building is kept in better condition but rooms could definitely use some TLC. Staff was super friendly though!"
