Chdck in took nearly 1 hour becuase staff couldn't find the booking. Dirty room. Stains on the towels and toilet. Leaky shower head, no basic amenities like kettle, tea/coffee. Unthinkable for a "4 star" hotel. This hotel is more like a 2 star. Only positive was the location.

Great hotel. Large rooms, modern bathrooms and very very clean. There is no air conditioning but when we stayed the weather was cool. The hotel is near very busy road but it did not bother us but it could be issue for some people. Overall we were very happy with our stay.
