Douglas hotel guide. Best Western hotel in Douglas, Wyoming

"The door to the bathroom had holes, was broken off the hinges, the bathtub didn't have a plug, and the fridge looked like it had been beaten with a hammer. paint in the bathroom was peeling off. Even the room number was partially missing from the room door and it really didn't close properly unless you banged. Beds need replacement, but better than we expected. On the plus side, the room was clean as heck, the fridge was larger than usual and worked well, and the staff really were sweet people and very welcoming. "

"Poor service. Dirty rooms. One room was filthy and smelt of oil the second wasn't much better. Asked for a refund as we hadn't been there more than 15 minutes and were told that the receptionist didnt have authority and we'd have to call the manager who had left. We've been touring the area for 10 days and this was the worst hotel by a long way. We ended up driving another 120 miles to our next reserved hotel and paid for an extra night."

"Our room was very clean and spacious. We had everything we needed either in the room or provided by the staff. Breakfast was excellent- lots of choices and very fresh. We did not use the pool or hot tub during our stay. I would definitely stay again when in Douglas. "
