"We had to wait multiple times to speak to someone at the front desk. I don't know if they were understaffed, but it felt empty. The hotel and our room was very warm when we checked in. The cleanliness of our room seemed appropriate, but the next day there was a huge cockroach in the room. For some reason, I wasn't surprised due to warmth of the hotel. We only stayed for one night, so we were checking out when we saw the roach. We've stayed at this location a few years ago without issues, but we will not return here next time we are in town."

"The facility was average and that's okay. Everything was clean and comfortable. A few deficiencies. Tissue box was empty. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner bottles were all empty as well. Housekeeping needs to have some sort of followup. Staff seemed to be bothered by our presence. I got a a perfunctory welcome at check in. At breakfast the coffee urn was empty. Went to the front desk to get it filled and was told to use the urn in the lobby. It just had a half a cup. Eventually the coffee urn was refilled but the attitude of the person was one in which she made me feel I inconvenienced her by interrupting her book reading and/or phone use. Next time I visit Fitzgerald, we will try another hotel."

"The room’s were well maintained and clean staff was nice and helpful parking can be a little tricky at times put there is parking just maybe not in front of your room the breakfast was good 7to9 and they mean 9am get their early all in all a nice motel."

"We spent this past weekend here with 4 generations of my family and every one of us enjoyed it immensely. Kendra is so kind and made sure we had everything we needed. The cabin was well stocked and the owners put a lot of thought into making sure guests could enjoy their stay. We will definitely be returning."
