"The room was very clean. My flight got in Porto at 7 am and they were able store my luggage and give me a map of the city to go explore before my check-in time. The staff was very nice and helpful. The location was great, I had the single room with Balcony that had a nice view of the river. I walked to and from the centre a couple times a day, even all the way to Gaia which was only a 30 min walk. I saw other reviews so I can prepared with earplugs, so noise was not an issue for me. "Nous avons passe un agreable séjour. La chambre etait sympa mais pas tres bien insonorisee (Chambre sur rue). Nous entendions les gens marcher au dessus de notre chambre. En revanche, le petit dejeuner etait top et le personnel très professionnel. Letablissement est proche des centres d intérêts et station de métro. "

"Everyone at the hotel was so nice and helpful. Especially Hillary was outstanding. She was so kind and always there when we needed some help. The location is excellent and close to the market, restaurants, and stations. Although it’s right in the busy part of Porto, their sound proof is great and it was very quiet inside. Very simple room and no fridge. The staff kindly put our wine in the kitchen fridge for us though. "
