The rooms are super nice and you get buggy transporation around the resort. Staff are nice and helpful! Service at the hotel pool is slow and I would expect better facilities and more things to do/entertainment within the resort.

두즈 루아지 터미널에서 택시로 가깝고 객실은 깨끗하고 좋았습니다 리셉션 도착하면 카트로 객실까지 짐을 이송해주고 객실이 단독으로 되어있어 조용하고 난방기가 소음도 없고 조용해서 잘 잤습니다 조식은 평범했으며 객실에는 물과음료수 과일이 무료로 제공돠었어요

Villa spacieuse et magnifiquement décorée. Literie tres confortable. Propreté au top. Personnel au top. Le seul point negatif c'est le petit déjeuner et le buffet, ce n'est pas du tout au niveau d'un hôtel comme The Residence Douz. Vu le prix d'une nuitée, le client mérite un petit déjeuner de meilleur qualité, et plus de choix.

Bel hôtel dans un cadre magnifique

Bel hôtel personnel professionnel hélas pour 5 étoiles pas de terrasses aménagées pour les chambres . Le lit fait beaucoup de bruit et les oreillers ne sont pas très confortables dommage car les draps sont très agréables ainsi que la literie . Le spa ouvre qu’à 13 h . La carte du restaurant est restreinte. La souris d’agneau est excellente. Coupure d’eau durant 4 h pas de solution apportée . Pas de surclassement malgré le peu de clients Le personnel des voiturettes est au top . Les dattes garnies sont délicieuses. Merci pour le gâteau d’anniversaire. L hôtel semble encore en rodage .

Luxe et confort mais burkini interdit...

Hôtel d'un confort incroyable. Personnel d'une extrême gentillesse et très attentionné. Le seul problème est l'interdiction du burkini dans la piscine,ce qui est une aberration dans un pays musulman...Cette interdiction n'est d'ailleurs signalé nulle part lors de la réservation!
