The clean rooms & friendly staff that care about you and the garden and the environment of the whole motel grass well kept up with and security of your surroundings

I will never stay in that hotel again.We changed 3 rooms one room was cigaret smoke smell very bad other one had bed bugs a lot.Rooms aren’t clean looks old not recommended. If you rent it first check bed for bed bugs.

Front desk staff was extremely friendly. Upon arrival, the staff notified us that the motel closed out the booking multiple months ago to the booking websites. However, the booking websites kept booking rooms that weren't available. Myself and multiple other people that booked on the websites did not have a "valid" reservation and had to pay AGAIN for a motel room. The rooms weren't the cleanest but they were not terrible.

The place could really use some upgrades, or some TLC. It could be a great property in a perfect location. Each room needs to be addressed and throughly cleaned, painted, etc.

The room seemed to not have been cleaned. Cob webs and dead bugs and dirt on the floors. Towels were dirty and the sheets did not smell or feel clean. A big gap under the front door so will need to pack a towel under it to keep any bugs or cold air from coming in.

Room was super clean with plenary of space . The bed was comfortable and the AC worked great and shower had excellent water pressure. This building may look old but I was pleasantly surprised with upgrades to the interior!! Will definitely stay there again next year. Check in was fast and easy, especially as it was a last minute booking, and housekeeping was prompt.

They told us they do not honor online reservations when we showed (Dover inn sent an email too not just Expedia) and it wasn’t just us it happened to several other people visiting from out of state were also stranded without a room because of these people. Then when Expedia called they didn’t admit they double booked because there was a concert and could get more for the room then what all our reservations paid now they claim maintenance issues lol I’m sure they have “maintenance issues” but you don’t let people drive from states away and do this that’s a character issue not a business policy issue. Take these people off Expedia

Lots of shopping availability, not traveling with children, but general area was/ seemed family friendly. Would definitely consider same hotel stay for the $ and EASY. STAFF was amazing and friendly 100%. Property a bit run down- needs alot of cosmetic work. The beds were extremely comfortable, clean sheets, showers had hot water. Everything we needed for a 3 day stay weekend 2 rooms, 4 adults. Suited OUR needs. A very good to great stay over all for sure.

Property is old and in disrepair. The walls are terribly stained. The bed was not leveled, a whole near the air-conditioning, and no hot water. Many stray people near the property. I think they rent by the month.

Way too many issues, remote control couldn't lower the volume, front desk clerk was as helpful as he could be BUT please make sure everything works before putting customer in a room. Light between beds waa broken or bad bulb. Walls very thin neighbor had their tv on ALL NIGHT into the morning. Bed, pillows and towels were the softest. Property could definitely use a gut job & complete remodel.
