Very convenient, clean and comfortable. Walls a little thin -could hear the neighbours coughing, However the beds were spacious and comfortable and the bathroom was good too. Breakfast was ok and staff very friendly and helpful.

Good stay at the Holiday Inn

We checked in quite late, but check in was very quick. Staff were lovely - especially the lady on breakfast duty. Bed was comfortable. Only slight negative is that the bathroom was very small - you could only have one person in there at a time.

There is nothing special about this hotel but seemed like a good place to stay the night before our cruise. The restaurant was very good and the employees were very helpful when our son hit his head on the sink. However , a bedbug was found in the sleeper sofa and our son ended up getting bites that had to be treated on the cruise ship.

A nice stay in Dover

It’s a really nice experience to have stayed with this hotel. The staff (Suraj) carefully helped us with an interlinked set of two rooms which made our stay very much comfortable and convenient.

Lovely place, great room

Great place, pleasantly surprised very easy to get to. Lobby area was lovely, modern and stylish. Very helpful member of staff on reception and room was comfortable and had every thing we needed, the Nespresso machine was a nice touch. Overall very happy with our stay.

Greeted by friendly staff at front desk, room itself was comfy and good value for money. Only criticism is the room was a bit noisy from other guests and creaking pipes.
