"Property under major renovation and not once was it mentioned on line or anywhere else. Literally walked through power tools, tarps, construction workers to get to the elevator. Our room appeared to have been renovated already but smelled like bug spray. The refrigerator was warm. The coffee maker didn't have an accessible outlet to plug it in and the people who were sent to assist in resolving any of this did not speak English and were trying to translate on an app. We could still not...

"My stay was nice. The room was cool, the beds and bathroom were clean and smelled fresh. The beds were very comfortable. The receptionist was efficient and kind getting me checked in. Buuuut…. The pool looked like a swamp. There was an oily film over the water and the color of the way looked like a few dozen homeless people had bathed in it. It was absolutely disgusting.
