"It was a quick trip to Disney, we had stayed at the Hilton Garden before, and it did not disappoint. I would say that any feedback I could give, was that the shower probably could be stronger. "

"Breakfast is pretty average and bare minimum. Eggs, sausage, bacon. Pool was closed while we were visiting so we had to go to the hotel across the lot which was fine but inconvenient. We also had coffee in the mornings at the hotel next door. Overall for the lack of time we were in the hotel it worked for us."

"The hotel is not bad, but it should not be categorized as a JW Marriot 5 stars. The rooms are clean and good, but not comfortable at all and the shower is not a 5 star hotel. The buffet is average nothing special and pricey. I have been in France JW Marriott all over the world and honestly, I was expecting something similar."

"I ordered a King Bed and we got a room with a small balcony - I did not know there were any. The room was clean, relaxing, and comfortable. The check in staff was pleasant and apologized for having to wait, due to another guest kept the other staff member busy with just chatting. We enjoy this property."

"Clean, comfortable, and close walk to AMC and Disneyland. Oatmeal is amazing! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is housekeeping took a huge Disney bag that had boxes from our Disney toys as well as some brand new things from Disney at the bottom and threw it out. We came back to our room and the bag (which wasn’t close to the garbage) was gone. They told us to reach out in the morning. I did and the guy acted like I was lying and after telling him we left to the park housekeeping came in...

"The only issue we had was getting locked out of our room at 10:30 when check out isn’t until 11. Everything else was great."

"The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The property was clean and small. The water playground was great but really meant for children under 5. The room was ok but didn’t really give me the vibe where I would be ok with just “staying in” during our stay. Location is great. 20-minute walk to Disneyland/downtown Disney."
