"Great experience. Staff was very friendly. The hotel was close to several must see attractions in downtown Dallas. Dart was close enough to take train around the area, specifically to attend the Texas State Fair. Hotel is well maintained, clean.Hotel has valet parking but I found reasonably priced parking within a block. It was great to have a free breakfast before starting the day."

"They overbooked the rooms and instead of a king they bumped us into a two queen option. Also note parking is $20 overnight which is ridiculous when you're a guest. Note they did wave the parking fee due to the overbooking but shouldn't have been a thing to begin with. Will not be returning."
