"Mobili stile un po' antiquato, il mangiare in hotel non buono, ottimo il servizio shuttle, ingresso dell'edificio distaccato un po'rovinato, poca sicurezza , poca protezione contro attacchi metafisici in tutta l'idola ma di più in hotel!"

"Our biggest complaint was the parking. When we arrived, the hotel parking was full, so we had to park at a different hotel on our first day. The parking fee is also quite expensive at $50 per night. That said, the hotel is in a fantastic location, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Despite the parking inconvenience, we had a great stay and would definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit."

"Amazing customer from check in to check out! Great selection of daily breakfast options. Coffee was great! Always saw someone cleaning, sweeping, polishing handrails, glass windows etc… very friendly to people and prime central location. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, beaches, parks and malls. Would definitely recommend for families!"

"We do not recommend this hotel if you are coming from non-English speaking countries. The front desk receptionist who was also Asian like us had a terrible attitude and was lazy and did not even greet us. However, she was very friendly to white American travelers. We speak perfect English but we felt we were ignored and were not explained about how to enjoy the facility well because we came from Japan. The front desk receptionist failed to remind us of checkout date and its procedure and also...
