"The property was fine. No complaints. However, the breakfast was disappointing. I must have gluten free and the only item was a yogurt. I have always had some options at other Holiday Inn properties. That is one of the reasons we chose your site. Very disappointed because you advertise breakfast but don’t indicate it does not include people who need gluten free options."

"We stayed one night at this hotel. Room was fairly clean though there was some mold around the shower. We were on the 3rd floor and there were what sounded like little kids running around on the 4th floor that created quite a bit of noise and vibration. As anyone who has toddlers in their lives you know the excitement of a hotel stay so this wasn't a huge issue more of a reminder that if you are a light sleeper request a 4th floor room to mitigate the noise. "This property was clean, well-maintained, nice size rooms, I liked how they were setup with the bathroom kinda in the center of the room. Breakfast were enjoyable plenty options to choose from. Located away from heavy traffic but close to everything. Minutes from the base and airport. Very enjoyable stay for me and my family."

"Best night of sleep I've had in a while! Reception staff was awesome - - kind and professional. Room was exactly as photographed and described. The lemon hand soap was out of this world! The personalized welcome on the flatscreen was a nice touch."

"The location of the hotel was close to Fort Jackson which is why I chose it and there are a good amount of eateries nearby. Checking in was fast and easy, staff was friendly. My only issues were with my room, first off it smelled like fabulousa cleaning lemon scent mixed with pee not sure why and it seemed it was coming from the AC I didn't really bother to ask to change rooms since I knew it most likely was fully booked and I was just too tired to interact since I spent a lot of time travelling...

"The girl at the desk was wonderful as far as she was concern however, my room was downstairs in the basement area. It felt uneasy somewhat. Breakfast time, there was an empty can of spray for the waffle machine which didnt matter since the waffle batter dispenser was empty. My room was ok and was told there would be a 100 dollar deposit which would be returned in 7 to 10 business days but after seeing i was from the next town they changed deposit to 250. I was there camping when a storm came up...
