"We arrived at check in time and was told we had to wait for our king room to be finished cleaning. I think we waited 10 minutes no problem we understood. Then when we got to our room there was a terrible odor. Than there were no fitted sheets on the bed it was a flat sheet that had stains all over it. Luckily we brought or own. The staff was friendly but if our keys would not work to get in after closing the front desk attendants would not even help us. Also the instructions to use the elevator...

All the restaurants we went to were great, reasonable, and within walking distance (and I highly recommend Tupelo Honey, which is right across the street). You can walk to shops, amenities are all around, I was 4 minutes from the office and street parking was free and abundant. This was very similar to an Airbnb experience, self check-in and out without the list of tasks to do.
