"The rooftop bar was nice but only opens in the evening. The main restaurant wasn’t anything special, the atmosphere was not what you would expect from the photos on their website and it felt more like a local diner. The service at the coffee bar was subpar. The front desk staff was fine but didn’t seem very professional. The bell staff didn’t bother to offer help with my luggage nor open the door for me when I arrived. The room had a nice view but overall outdated and lacked what you’d normally...

"The body wash bottle was empty in the shower. They had only decaf coffee in the room. The breakfast was bare minimum, it was pathetic. I have stayed in Hyat place before and had a really good experience, but this one was terrible."

"The staff were very friendly. From the moment of arrival I was greeted with a smile.The room was clean and cool which was great since it felt like a heat wave was outside. Overall would stay again especially since it’s right by the highway making it easy to come and go. Will say though you can’t hear the cars passing by the only problem was you gotta take a little drive to get some food or even get to a store."

"We didn't stay in the room too much after our original crashout; However, I can say this... I ALWAYS do a quick tear down of the room just to make sure I'm not going to bring back any little critters that have no place in my things! Everything was crisp white for linens and towels, and the rest of the room was clean & hard surfaces were sanitized!
We had just driven 14½ hours straight through - stopping only for fuel and fast meal!!
However, not knowing if we were going to be able to pull off...
