"We absolutely loved this hotel. We stayed here for my daughter's dance event. It was so nice to stay on the property of the event. This area is so nice and there is so much to do. We were so surprised to find an art festival within walking distance and a farmer's market. The view from the room was great- we could see another festival take place. The breakfast was good and a reasonable price too. We will be back for sure. "

"Staff was nice. Rooms were OK. Bathroom: The shower situation is terrible. The curtains for the shower don’t go down to the floor. There’s little to no barrier between the shower and bathroom floor so the water just goes wherever. Disgusting.
Beds/ living space: was OK. They don’t seem to clean the window areas which I thought was a little weird but hey that’s not terrible. There’s more but I’ll stop there. "

"Breakfast was great and warm. Pool was freezing cold with no hot tub. Room was clean but with the size of the room there was only one AC unit and it was not near any beds, so the room was hot and humid, even when the AC was turned as low as it would go. Didn’t sleep with a blanket, only sheets"

"We only stayed 1 night for a quick birthday staycation. Everything was great, the girl who checks us in was very friendly, the room was very clean but the only complaint I have was the pillows were God awful. They had no support to them whatsoever. Your head completely sinks into them. If you like super plush soft pillows, that wouldn’t be an issue. Not really a deal breaker for a one night stay, but that was the only thing that my fiance and I disliked. Otherwise, great hotel and convenient...

"didn't get room requested due to "WHAT ?" - I'm a disabled VET and identified myself as so when i checked in . I have issues sleeping. requested upper room away from noise and pets odors and dander due to issues. However, was booked in room on 2nd floor in front of the atrium area noise and waffle irons beeping people talking each morning awaking us.
I had requested accommodations at front desk at check in as I had when booking and desk attendant was aware of request during check...
