"From appearances, the hotel has attempted to re-model however there are telltale signs of wear and tear. The one elevation is dated, small, slow making clunky noise. The elevator inside smelled and the laminate flooring was cracked/broken. We were placed on the 3rd floor, one room from the exit door, felt as though walking a scene from a scary movie. I understand only making up the room every other day. We stayed for 3 days and it was never made up. On day 2 and 3 we told housekeeping right near our room that we were leaving for the day and the room could be made up, only to return with nothing done.
