"The floors in our room were badly warped, with the edges of each board curling upward, so we had to keep our shoes on just to walk across. The room reeked of mildew. "Sebastian is the only good thing about my stay. The room was ghetto, stained sheets and dirty carpets. Crumbs on floor, pain peeled tub, and gave me a feeling of horror. Sebastian is professional and very gracious, but management must be slum landlords. Gives La Quinta a very bad name. Will never stay in one again."

"the ice machine was broken- the room had been updated but had some minor scuffs and cracks in the bathroom. great water pressure in the shower.the door to the room had a slight gap on the bottom so we put a towel on it.
the front entrance appeared clean with cucumber lemon water, the guy working at the counter was nice- not overly personable but a knew what he was doing and was courteous. we left before breakfast so I cannot comment on that.

"This property was terrible. They put us in a room where the air conditioning was not working. And this was on an over 100 degree day in Pinellas Park, Fl. We went and talked to man at front desk and were told to come back later that day and they would have us a different room.
