"Amy catered to our every need. Even cleared our breakfast dishes. Also helped with dining recommendations. Continental breakfast was enough to eat and presented well. However got a little boring after 3 days so Amy stopped and got us donuts. Rooms were clean and the Nicole was spacious. The outdoor oasis with pool and hot tub was heaven. "

"There was a nightclub right in front of the hotel, but the hotel never informed us about it in advance. Because of the loud noise, I couldn’t even sleep properly for an hour on the first night. The check-in process also took an unreasonably long time.
In addition, we paid an extra $20 for breakfast, but there was almost nothing to eat. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and I would never want to stay at this hotel again."

"We enjoyed our visit, the breakfast was delicious. Waffles, egg omelette, potatoes with bell peppers, breakfast sandwiches and so much more. The room was clean, well stocked and roomy for 4 adults and one teen. I would have liked the pool to be opened at least an hour later, closes at 9 pm. The pool was perfect to relax, great for the small kids not for swimming. The wind was cold, warmed up next to a fire pit. There wasn't enough staff near the pool early enough to open the slide, however, once I asked someone, they obliged."
