"Breakfast was all we needed. Coffee 24 hours. There are restaurants in walk-in distance. Tons of shopping for my wife which made her happy. Location was perfect. Bed slept nice. Shower was hot. "

"It is old property. The toilet was flooded and there was no maintenance person on site. The manager was also not reachable. The hallway was dirty and smelled weed. The breakfast was joke. Will not stay again "

"Overall, a great value and I would stay there again. The suite was quite impressive, boasting a full kitchen (range/oven, sink w/garbage disposal, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator w/ice maker). The room was very clean, the linens were fresh, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was adequate, equipped with a shower (no tub). The bathroom cabinetry showed some wear and the caulk along the base of the shower needed to be replaced as it had mildew stains. The in-wall AC unit made the room smell a little funky, but that seems to be typical of these types of units in Florida. The stairwell carpet has seen better days and needs to be replaced. We did not use the pool, but our suite overlooked the pool area and it looked to be neat and clean. We saw other guests enjoying the pool. The complimentary breakfast was good and the attendant did a great job keeping the area clean and well stocked."

"Several shades were broken allowing anyone to see inside. Killed a large Roach the first night. A second roach the next day. Reported it and was told housekeeping would take care of it Shower was cold. Told maintenance would fix it. Four days no maintenance no housekeeping but a third roach and sandfleas. If you like bugs, cold showers and broken blinds and broken promises this is the place for you. It could be a nice little cabin if someone would take care of it. No response from management after I filled out the survey."
