"I didn’t love the surrounding neighborhood but the room was great exactly what we needed for a quick trip into the city. Keep in mind the only parking available to guests is valet and it’s $55 a night in addition to a $200 hold placed on your card at Check-in for “accidentals”."

"I had an early flight at Logan so I slept here for the night. The place was super clean, the bed was nice. They had a fan on the ceiling and an extra fan which I appreciated. The bathrooms were really nice. I was able to park in the back, but there was also plenty of street parking. There was some confusion with my room number when checking in and the host responded immediately."

"Parking was not easy. It was advertised as free parming and the explanation made it seem simple enough but finding free street parking in the area is not easy and you co stantly have to move your vehicles."

"The gentlemen that I spoke to was not kind and criticized everything he did not explain things and was cynical and very rude . When you are asking for information he tells you read the emails . When you mention you don’t have access to internet and it does not show he you to read again and speaks to you in a condescending way . The apartment is not quiet and the area is not safe at all . TO AVOID not worth it at all !"

"Location was great. Room was small but nice for a solo traveler staying for a couple of nights. The property/room was very clean and the seamless check in (receiving door codes via email) was fantastic. I had a garden view room which was perfect as I didn't have any street noise... save for some emergency vehicles. If your room overlooks Mass Ave you will have plenty of city noise. "Unlike the filthy disgusting property at Heath Street, Ramada was a clean and well serviced small hotel with a basic breakfast included in the booking. There was no bar or restaurant facilities outside of the breakfast but coffee and tea available all day. Location is a bit isolated but there was a shuttle bus free to the train station and for 10$ to the airport."

"Overall had a great experience here. Took just a couple minutes texting the host to get the check in information that was to be emailed- but they sent it pretty quickly when I said it wasn't sent yet. I didn't need anything else from the host. It was clean and overall pretty nice! The stairs you take to get up to the room are pretty loud, so I woke up one time when other people got home to other rooms during my stay, but that was it! Overall good. "Heath St is the most disgusting place I have ever been in. Infested with rats and cockroaches in the filthy shared kitchen. One bathroom/toilet for 8 rooms. Nothing provided. No toilet paper, soap or even a towel. We left after 1 night, having paid for 8. This property should not be on Expedia list. I will be pursuing a refund when I return to the UK."

"Never ever book this dump. We couldn’t contact the owner to get in to the place . No reply to days of messages. Some of the residents let us into the property but we didn’t know what rooms were ours and we didn’t have codes to get in. The place was dirty . I have never seen an airb&b as bad as this . The stair carpet was rotten ,the stair had expanding foam blocking the mouse or rat holes.we saw 2 rats scurry under the front door porch. "Everyone was super friendly. I love that you can take records back to the room. Location is great. Food was good. Coffee bar was great. Night life was fun, hung out on the patio. We enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend and would go back!"

"Staff was unable to unlock door to our suite upon arrival and we had to wait in the hallway for 30 minutes before maintenance arrived. Then we were locked out again and were moved to another suite where the chain on door was broke. The property is old (chipped paint-worn furniture) and has small windows and dim lighting. It does not have a small boutique charm. Entire staff is foreign."

"Beautiful property with lovely restaurant but rooms are small/tight compared to other luxury hotels. AC system was loud and inefficient. Reminded me of old Marriotts from 1990’s. Butler is a nice concept but slow responses $10 coffee was good but….seems a bit much. Good location. Overall there’s other nice hotels we’ve enjoyed that are superior to this hotel and less expensive"
