"We checked in at Friday night at 7pm and there was only one employee and 5 people waiting when we arrived. The staff member did the best she could, but it was a long wait after a long drive. The valet was new and way behind, we had to part half in the street just to unload our own bags. Then next day I went down to the pool, but no pool. Not the best experience."

"Internet was good but did not like we had to ‘join’ in order to use it. Free for 7 days. Breakfast was fresh. Personnel were very friendly and helpful. Checkin at 3pm and out at 11am was great! "

"Location and room size (pull out couch, kitchen) were great for us - close to easy to use train line - is a short walk. Is possible to take train from airport, does require one transfer, not super quick, but Uber not quick (and $pendy) either during peak times. Breakfast 'serviceable' - should be able to find some calories to get the day started, coffee/tea, juices, etc."

"Location was great. Room was small but nice for a solo traveler staying for a couple of nights. The property/room was very clean and the seamless check in (receiving door codes via email) was fantastic. I had a garden view room which was perfect as I didn't have any street noise... save for some emergency vehicles. If your room overlooks Mass Ave you will have plenty of city noise. "The entire stay, I tried several times to reach the host to no avail. On Saturday when we came in, there was a young lady who was cleaning and she was incredibly sweet and I want to give her kudos. There was plastic wrap on all the windows, cameras everywhere that made us feel like we were constantly being watched, there were a ton of rules that we learned about last minute and it was just not the best vibe. During our stay, there was also a man who spent the entire time on the couch and slept...

"Stayed for a 5 nights, woken up every night by the garbage truck outside between 2-4am every night. Tried to move to another room and called up to change and every time they said they would call me back…. Which they didn’t. Room was pleasant, clean and a good location otherwise."

"Parking was not easy. It was advertised as free parming and the explanation made it seem simple enough but finding free street parking in the area is not easy and you co stantly have to move your vehicles."

"Really beautiful boutique hotel located with easy access to Newberry and the Commons, the Charles, and BU. Great (expensive) restaurant and bar. Staff was super attentive and responsive. Old google searches indicated they used to have complimentary passes to the neighboring gym. That was a bummer, and they should reinstitute that benefit . The room prices justify that perk for a property that doesn't have room for a gym. "

"We stayed for two nights last weekend. Unfortunately, our room was not cleaned during our stay. Housekeeping knocked on our door at 9:00 a.m. but never returned afterward. In addition, there was no coffee provided in the room. When we raised the issue regarding the lack of cleaning with reception, the staff member showed little interest in addressing our complaint. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and we would not choose to stay here again. "
