"We stayed at the property for 2 nights. We stayed on the second floor. We got excited at first because the room was pretty nice, the furniture and the bathroom were brand new. However, our room was not cleaned at all during our stay. We called the front desk and the housekeeping, and they didn't do anything. So we had the same towels for 2 nights. The restaurant was booked for parties on both nights, so we couldn't use it. The worst part was the second night of our stay. The party and the music...

Upon arrival, they said they had bad news and reduced us down to king bed and rollaway bed. Also 100 sq feet less. They stated that they overbooked and first to arrive gets it.
