"My husband was in a local hospital, and I stayed if he seemed unstable or I needed to be there early. Check in was difficult one evening as I made the reservation only 2-3 hours earlier. Also using a "third party" was mentioned as if I was a secondhand citizen for doing so. The room itself was perfectly comfortable with amenities including a microwave, fridge and a Kuerig.
