That was good as the rooms were very basic, the TV doesn't work, the safe was broken, the furniture was very much dated, has no kettle or complimentary water, tea or coffee. The lifts are too small and we climbed 4 floors ( where our rooms were) rather than waiting for our turn to get the lift. "Room was solid, staff was exceptional, breakfast was good. It was a little hard to get to the hotel by car and squeeze thru the parked cars to get to the hotel parking. Otherwise location is fantastic in the Old Town, short walk to the Old Bridge."

When I asked the hotel staff they mostly dismissed my claim, said it was normal, and claimed all rooms were booked and there was nothing that could be done.
