The carpet in the hallway has rips, dents in the floor, and dried up yellow liquid (assuming this was from someone throwing up) 3. Queen size bed was left with a single size duvet. Wasn’t enough to keep me warm overnight. 4. There were no toiletries (soap, shampoo etc.) 5. There were NO towels in the room"

"Excellent location very easy to get in & out of the city via tram. Apartment was very clean & spacious had everything we needed along with a balcony, staff were fast to respond to any messages I send before arriving & didn’t see anyone when I was there just how I like it! Easy self check-in & out overall a fantastic place at a good price would definitely recommend this place to anyone & hopefully I’ll return one day. Thanks for everything we had a blast what a lovely city to visit ❤️"
