"The access to the building and the apartment is ultra modern. You are able to control outside barriers and gates, the building and apartment entries, and even elevator using a web interface, Make sure your phone is charged before you come and during your stay or you could be in for a surprise. The address does not appear to be well understood by the average ride share driver. In my case, of the three Uber drivers that I directed to the Inn, only one came down the road leading from the...

"The only reason I gave 3 stars for the check-in process is because I have never experienced anything like this before. After this experience, I understand it better. The part of Bucharest where this property is located is very densely populated. More explicit pictures and a map of where the driving and building entrances are would be most helpful to the uninitiated like me. The help that I got was superb! Otherwise, the room was perfect, the kitchen well appreciated, the laundry most welcome....

"The apartment is a nice modern room. Comfortable bed and sofa. Good quality furnishings. The location is a quiet residential neighborhood and a fair walk from local amenities. Staff were responsive and helpful. The mention of a pool (emphasized in photographs) and fitness center are misleading. They are not on site but a 10 minute walk away and payable as extra. As a result I did not use them."

"The landlord was very helpful, responsive, and clear when resolving issues. While the cleaning team acted quickly to rectify initial problems, the property wasn't in ideal shape upon check-in—there was a strong food odor, table runners very shabby, buildup in the shower, rusted fixtures, and broken plastic items. The swift follow-up was appreciated, but the initial clean and bathroom maintenance could certainly be improved."

"Der manglede information om parkeringsmulighed og whats app skulle bruges. Afregning af rengøring skulle også foregå på WhatsApp. Dette kunne jeg ikke få installeret. Der manglede også information om, at der var betalings parkering i kælderen og hvordan dette kunne arrangeres. Bukarest er en by med manglende parkerings muligheder, hvis man parkerer på gaden i nærområdet."
