"Hotel it’s self was nice rooms in the suits section where dated and not very clean when we went in. No signs in the hotel to tell you where anything is and staff weren’t very accommodating to tell us anything upon arrival. Drinks in the suits bar where dirty and bar tender couldn’t make half the drinks for the all inclusive the food is also hit and miss "

"The staff were very professional, friendly, and helpful! The beds are incredibly comfortable. There is a paid parking in the next street belonging to the hotel, but it is very tight so a big car wouldn't suit, and my guess is most customers who drive would park on the street but it would be a gamble as it gets very busy. The breakfast is a wide selection of continental breakfast items and very good quality. The only minor complaint I have is the fragrance in the lobby is quite strong and every time I pass by it would make me cough, and the room is super warm even when no central heating is on (we visited in the first week of April when the nights are below 10 degrees Celsius and it was so warm I could barely keep a sheet over myself during the night)."

"The Rooms were clean (except for the time where i saw a bug on bathroom) the Staff were very nice and professional the parking we were parking outside and not in Garage while i dint went to bar but views were excellent from the hotel and thats of what i wished if we gotten a room of the views to the bays of Palma and Cruise ships the lift steep thing were great and it will save your energy so that you wouldn’t walk that uphill the pools while they were closed since i was in March but the view from pool to port is just wonderful and yeah this is my review its a great hotel though if you want the view of what you saw the pictures from this site then book double room since thats what the staff told me about this and yeah thats how you gonna get that view. "

"This hotel is all about the location, it is excellent! The area is so central and makes it easy to get around. The staff are really nice and helpful, and was made to feel very welcome. I was a solo female traveller and never felt awkward or unwelcome. Only thing I would point out is I would have preferred a room not on the ground floor, (purely from a safety point of view being a solo female), but otherwise I couldn't fault the hotel and highly recommend. "

"This a very good place if you want a quiet place to stay . Staff is very friendly and nice. Breakfast and dinner are excellent, you can even have a breakfast if you need to check out earlier by the morning. They open the breakfast room just for us before we leave. I definitely want to be back. "
